Finding music group members! (English, J-POP, C-POP & K-POP!) - Sydney

Ok... let me be straightforward.
I am dreaming to form an idol group for the Asian market (idol group with real talent.) , and yes, I know I am too old for this dream ( I am already 20.) but this has been my life-long aim since 13.
I've come to a realisation that I've been a good daughter for too long... keep on studying... meeting my parents' expectations...etc.
Now I wanna embark on my real dream. ( not that I won't be a good daughter anymore XD)

I'm now looking for friends who are:
1. Female
2. possess the same dream as me
3. Japanese, Taiwanese, Korean or Chinese...etc (can sing in English + Japanese, Chinese or Korean...etc)
4. live in Sydney

actually, passion is all I'm looking for

here is my plan:

1. gather members (in fact, FRIENDS who are as passionate as me) by the end of Jan, 2011.
2. start self-training by March, 2011 ( coz i think if we prepare for an audition... everything will go more smoothly)

my self-training includes:
3hrs of musical instruments practice
4hrs of dance training
1hr of vocal training
EVERY DAY!

so I really need someone who's passionate enought for this tense schedule... ( actually, this is nothing compare with the actual trainees in famous Korean companies such as SM, YG and JYP or Japanese companies like Avex... sigh
I've now known some dance studios in Sydney and some dance teachers so it's not going to be a probem. Also, my vocal teacher sometimes offers performing opportunities so that we can accumulate our experience first

Anyways, all I am looking for is someone who can be my truest friends to strive with me in our dream industry.

PS: I know I am old (20) and it sounds sillyXD so that's why I really wanna give my self a last chance to fight for my dream! I don't really care about my partners' ages, but preferably 15~23?

Let me introduce myself:
I am 20 ... ( just turned 20 a month ago XD)
I am an uni student at Sydney. I speak 4 languages... or maybe 5?
not a bad singer I've been invited to perform on a ship XD
but I haven't officially learnt how to dance.
um... most of all, I am real for this!
