Large well known Workers Compensation insurance company requires expression of interests to maintain residential and rural properties various locations in nsw.
These properties are either tenanted or owned by persons injured in work place accidents and are in capable of doing physical work.
The work entails lawn and property maintenance including handyman duties in order to maintain these properties in a safe live able condition.
You will require your own ABN your own commercial lawn and garden equipment, tools and a suitable commercial vehicle to remove garden waste.
Plus your own handyman /carpentry tools and the skill to perform all maintenance work including painting and as required pool maintenance etc
We in visage long term agreements with remuneration at a base salary around eighty dollars per hour plus gst materials and tipping fees. Hours available depend on your location but currently personal urgently required for the Sydney metropolitan and Shoalhaven areas.
